Do sellers have to pay closing costs or other “hidden fees”?

Not one bit. We handle all of the title, escrow and closing fees. The only thing sellers are required to pay is excise tax, and that’s only because state law (in WA – not for Idaho) requires sellers to pay excise tax upon the sale of a property. That’s it – nothing else.
