We absolutely do this. We actually do “rent backs” a lot. We completely appreciate that people need time after getting funds from closing to line up their next living place. We also help with home hunting for your future needs (renting or buying). We’ve had people live in houses for years after we’ve bought them, but 1-2 months is most common.
