We recently had 2 deaths in the family, one being my mother. I am the Executor of her estate. She owned a rental house in Hillyard. It was abandoned and a mess. I got estimates to clean up the place both inside and out. It was several thousands of dollars. I don't live in Spokane so I would have had to manage this project from California. I investigated Cash For Houses companies and found 3 that had pretty good reviews. Easy Home Buyer actually met us at the house. Matt was very compassionate to our situation, and gave us a bid. Another company was in New Jersey, but had a Spokane number, they didn't want to see the house but gave a bid anyway. Red Flag! The final company didn't come see it and gave a very low bid, and was rude to me when I rejected it. I met with Matt and Chad at the Easy Home Buyers offices in Post Falls. I was impressed with their professionalism and attitudes. Closing was fast and easy. I would tell folks if you are in a situation that you need to sell your house fast, please consider Easy Home Buyer. I think you will be impressed.

I called these guys because my wife and i were in the process of looking for a new house and didn't want to risk sitting on 2 mortgages with the recent rate hikes. The offer was a bit lower than i was hoping for, but not too bad considering what they do, and still gave me more than i was financed for on the house. Plus they gave us initially a 30 day rent-back, but with our current closing date the same as our out date, they graciously gave us an additional week!

Outstanding company and people. Situation was terrible. Squatters in house, tried for 18 months to get them out. Squatters tore the house up and stole everything and I mean everything. Including hot water tank. Became so far behind on payments had to sell quickly. Despite the desperate situation, Easy Home Buyer offered a fair price and took over my headache. Then when sold Easy Home Buyer followed through and made it so I could cash my check hassel free. Like I said great company and great people that really care. ❤
